… got a good night’s sleep!
Maybe some of you will find this post stupid (I almost didn’t write it, but in keeping with trying to blog more bite-sized things, I did) but sleep is so vastly underrated in our society. “You can sleep when you’re dead,” “Wake up an extra half hour early and exercise,” “Stay up late and write,” is all advice I’ve heard.
But sleep is sooooo important to your overall health, physical and mental.
So here’s my PSA for the day: when you can, get eight hours of sleep. It makes your waking time so much more productive, not to mention pleasant.
